What can AURUM arrange?
Transport, dining, private chefs, provisioning, yachts, wellness, family requirements, celebrations and selected Gold Coast experiences, subject to availability.
Are third-party services included in the concierge fee?
No. Concierge fees cover AURUM planning and coordination. Supplier services are quoted separately unless a custom proposal expressly includes them.
How do supplier payments work?
Depending on the arrangement, third-party services may be paid through AURUM or directly to the supplier. Clear pricing and applicable supplier cancellation terms are provided before confirmation.
Do you guarantee availability?
No. We request, source and coordinate availability. No supplier service is confirmed until the applicable booking process has been completed.
